PRTINST.PRG

What it does:
	PRTINST installs a DEGAS .PRT driver at boot time, to substitute as the
system's screen dump subroutine.  This basically duplicates Tom Hudson's
INSTALL.ACC desk accessory, except that it doesn't require manual installation
and doesn't take up a precious desk accessory slot.

To use:
	Put PRTINST.PRG in the \AUTO folder of your boot diskette.  Copy the .PRT
folder of your choice to the ROOT DIRECTORY of the boot disk, and rename it
to DEGAS.PRT.
	If you want to name the .PRT something different, or perhaps load it from
somewhere else (like a hard disk) I've left some extra bytes for you following
the filename ("A:\DEGAS.PRT") to patch with your favorite disk editor.  Or, if
you have AssemPro and know how to use it, you can reassemble the source code
which has been provided.

For Epson LQ-800 owners:
	The LQ800.PRT file included is for the Epson LQ-800 printer.  It was
created with Tom Hudson's insanely great new DEGAS Printer Driver Maker.  Ask
for it by name, and don't accept substitutes.

Caveats:
	"It works for me."
	If you can accurately describe a bug, I'll try to fix it.  However,
unless you have an Epson LQ-800, I can't test fixes as that's the only
printer I own.
