What's new:

*  New screen clear option s>5

*  Resolution command R now working.  Switch from MEDIUM to LOW and
   get all 16 colors!!!  Special thanks to Kelly Rogers,  Steve Cole,
   and Lawrence Gold.

*  IG default color palette changed also.  All color palette alteration
   now done strictly with VDI.

*  FLASH and Interlink Status lines fixed after a R command.
   Also added LEFT SHIFT+UNDO exits ACC without reserving status line.

*  & LOOP altered to allow multiple commands to execute within a LOOP.
   (chain gang)  This is a real goodie!

*  X 8 color rotation rewrote.  Uses Vsync too for smoothness.

*  IG's arrow keys altered to work with ON-LINE EMACS full screen BBS message
   editor.
