1. About

  DCI is an API to directly access the video memory in windows. It was
  designed before DirectDraw was available and is still used by the
  windows 9x versions of OpenGl (OPENGL32.DLL).
  
  DCIMAN32.DLL implements part of the DCI API in DOS and thus allows to
  load dlls OPENGL32.DLL and GLU32.DLL.
