Okay, the compface thing is NOT in OSK form.. but I figured I may
as well upload it now , because it's DURN hard to find.
archie only came up with ONE site.

Basically, the compface is used to make a library.  the library is
linked in to programs that want to put binary data in, say, a mail
header. I got interested in it beause I want everyone to use Xface
to show their pretty litle faces. (or SOME picture they might
like). 
  Hopefully, a program to grab X-faces out of mail headers will be
coming to the archive from me soon.
