DiskMaster version 1.4

Changes since 1.3:

   changed the action of the SPACEBAR and BACKSPACE to move to the end
   and beginning of a directory respectively.

   (L)ist now checks the extension of the file, and if it is .lha, .lzh
   .arc, .zoo, .ar, or .gz, it will list the contents of that archive
   file. The various archiver programmes must, of course, be in the PATH.

   Used freopen() to get rid of those pesky '+8' messages from the shell
   when it forks a process. (used in diskmaster.c)
