Student participation

In an effort at increasing student participation at its 
conferences, the USENIX Association will offer an award, 
in the form of free transportation, hotel accomodation, 
and registration, to the *student* offering the best 
paper at the Phoenix Technical Conference (June 8-12).

The decision will be made by the Program Committee for 
the conference.  Submitted abstracts (by February 20) 
should be marked to indicated that they are from students.
