logo.qds is 31115 bytes (30.3K) and expands to 8 seconds of 14084Hz = 112672 (110k) which is a 3.6x expansion rate (!)

very interesting harmonics, wonder if they exist filtered down?
file contains "mirrored" harmonics, wonder if that exists on other normal sound samples that are interpolated up?

half of SB init rate would be 7042Hz which is the midpoint of the mirrored harmonics
