Unpacker for MESS 1.29 - 1.31

  This is a decompressor for executables portected with MESS 1.29 - 1.31.
  It's based on the original Mess 1.20 unpacker by Dtg available at
  ftp://ftp.elf.stuba.sk/pub/pc/unmess12.zip. Thanks DarkGrey & Merlin.
  The author claims no warranty of any kind. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  There was a few progs protected with it which crashed under my Win'95
  configuration (with Soft-Ice). When I've found that unmess12 by 
  DarkGrey just a few changes to support the newer versions I made them.
