New commands:

/clxxxx         valid CS-options range:  PSP:0000 <= CS:IP <=XXXX:0000

/go /anycommand stay resident and pop up with key defined with /BKxx option
                (default: [ScrollLock] - NOT [ESC] anymore!)

/ie+            intercept exceptions like "invalid opcode" or pass them to
                DOS-handler, even when he is not "bent"

PL prog         load program and start unpacking- you need to set up
                the options before that!

PT progname     load and trace/disass program. you need to give full prog-
                name (e.g. moin.COM)
