(1)  AGREEMENTS

Ultra Crack Pro and Ultra Crack Compiler are under no warranties of any kind;
they are in no way guaranteed for defects and destructive instructions that
can damage any system at any time.  The user(s) are responsible for all
usages and damages of these programs.  User(s) of these programs waivers all
explicit rights and law suits in any state and/or in any country against the
author!  If the user of Ultra Crack Pro and/or Ultra Crack Compiler can't
agree with the statements above, expressed or implied, then the user and/or
obtainer of the programs must erase them completely from any store and
retrieve systems containing UC (tm).


(2)  LICENSING

The author will grant all rights to users using UCP v1.2 and UCC v1.2 under
the following terms:

  1)  All files are NOT to be modified, reversed engineered, or copied!

  2)  All files MUST be included in one single package if distributed commer-
      cially.  (No one likes missing files!)

  3)  Commercial distributors or companies using UC (tm) must give credits to
      the author, Animadei[T].  =)

  4)  Authors of UC scripts compiled or uncompiled are entitled to unrestric-
      ted rights for their product(s) using UCC.  Ie. Make the compiled
      script shareware royalty free!  Or, include it in a CD and sell it!

  5)  Optional:  When the author says to upgrade your current version, do
      so!  (It's for your own benefit!)

  6)  All other rights are reserved.
