The security envelope of the RC386 decryptor IS not encrypted! So it's easy 
to hack RC386 protected files (apart from that's it's easy to hack COM 
files...).

This archive contains the versions 0.51 and 0.61 which are buggy and will 
screw QEMM/EMM etc.... I HAVE RELEASED THIS ARCHIVE BECAUSE EVERYBODY ASK ME 
WHERE S/HE CAN GET RCC386 :)

I just wanna test if the 386 protected mode debugger tricks will work.

I release this stuff in 2002, because people want to test their file 
scanners for stuff like that.
