A simple little [PPE] time Bank
with code.  You like it you got it.

Configuration is hard coded.  Set for a
miximum of 90 min.  Could use a configuration
file but it would slow the world down.

The bank is stored in the PSA notes, could
use a comment line just as easily.  Individual
entries can be manually edited with pcbsm if
desired.

If you figure out how to add bytes to the
bank, let me know on Saltair.
