To ALL Callers:
We installed new login features.  These are meant to allow us to
better stay in touch with most folks out there which do not have
accounts on this system.  Since we cannot afford to allow access to
the huge amounts of new callers coming into this system lately, we
will have to limit the time on the system to all callers.  The login
procedures will however help us keep in touch with you!  Yes!  ALL
callers may leave Feedback to the SysOps if your matter is important
enough.  Please refer to information listed elsewhere on this system
for more information.
