The file uwin_development_update1_35.win32.i386.exe is a self extracting
archive that contains updates to move from release 1.3 of U/WIN
to release 1.35 of U/WIN.  It needs to be installed after the
uwin_base.update11_35.win32.i386.exe file has been installed.

The U/WIN development compilers are command line interfaces to
the Microsoft Visual C/C++ compiler so you need this
compiler installed to do software development under U/WIN.
Release 1.3 should work with Visual C/C++ 5.0 as well as
4.X and 2.X.
