The file uwin_devopment.win32.i386.exe is a self extracting archive that
contains header files, libraries, and development tools for U/WIN.
It needs to be installed after the uwin_base.win32.i386.exe file.

The U/WIN development compilers are command line interfaces to
the Microsoft Visual C/C++ compiler so you need this
compiler installed to do software development under U/WIN.
