Timers for Windows creates small clocks and timers both with 
and without alarms that you may position anywhere on the 
screen.  If you set an alarm, when the alarm goes off, the 
program will, at your option, display a message,  sound an 
audio signal, or run a program.  You may position a clock or 
timer always to be on top of all other windows.  The 
configuration and location of each clock or timer may be saved 
and reloaded.
