InterChat is an Internet Relay Chat program that allows
you to "talk" (character based) to anyone in the world.
To start InterChat, simply click the RUN button below. 
When InterChat starts, You select "File | Connect" from
the menu and InterChat connects to an IRC server. Once
connected, you are able to join "channels" and talk to
whoever is on those channels. Each channel is usually
focused on a particular topic. General channels are
Talk, Chat, IRCHelp, and others. To get a complete
list of all channels, just click the Channel List Button
on the toolbar. Once the channels are listed, you can
double-click on the channel you want to join and be
connected.
