Note: To use this program, you must have a copy of VBRUN300.DLL
in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  This file is widely available
almost everywhere, and it's likely you already have it.  If you're
not sure, try running the utility and see if it works.  If you don't
have it, you can get it on the Internet.  Try doing an Alta Vista
search for "vbrun300.dll" (without the quotes) at:

http://altavista.digital.com

This program runs on Windows 3.x, WfWg 3.x, and Win95.

Restart simply exits and restarts Windows (properly, requesting
each app to close) when executed.  You can set up an icon to it
in Program Manager or the Start Menu, and it will instantly restart
Windows when double-clicked, without verifying that you want to exit.
