NOTE: The updater changes the name of the Eudora executable file from WEUDORA.EXE to EUDORA.EXE. Be sure to update the Program Item Properties to reflect this change. For more information on version 2.1, run the Windows User Manual 2.1 Addendum (21ADDEN.EXE). VERSION 2.1 HAS THE FOLLOWING KNOWN PROBLEMS - Choosing 'Forward Message' with more than 25 messages selected causes a severe error (GPF). - Changing the recipient list when the Mailboxes window is open causes a severe error (GPF). - Exiting Eudora while message windows are being created during mass replies, redirects, or forwards, causes Eudora to exit improperly. Microsoft Windows must be restarted in order to run Eudora again. - The Find utility does not scan the mailboxes properly if a message window is open. All message windows must be closed for the Find function to cycle through all mailboxes correctly. - When printing, a blank page is added to the print out. - Eudora does not collate when printing multiple copies. - All words added to the speller dictionary are converted to lower case. - The 'save as' command for text files and signatures improperly initializes the default file name field. - When creating a new message 'save as' does not work properly. 'Save as' works correctly on all received messages. - When using Kerberos authentication, Eudora does not handle the 'forget password' command correctly. If 'forget password' is selected Eudora will not be able to check mail until it is restarted. - If the POP maildrop is busy when using Kerberos authentication, Eudora will have to be restarted in order to properly check mail. - Shift-ctrl-w does not work. - Eudora does not work reliably under Beta Windows95.
