The attached files contain definitions for the following
modems :

LASAT 144-Series
LASAT 288-Series
LASAT unique 640i


INSTALLATION
Procomm Plus for DOS :
  Copy the MODEMS.DAT file to the directory containing PCPLUS.EXE.

Procomm Plus for Windows :
  Copy the WMODEMS.DAT file to the directory containing PW.EXE

Run the install program again and now choose your LASAT modem from
the modem list.
