CAP.EXE is a self-extracting archive produced with LHA Version 2.13,
Copyright 1988-91 by Haruyasu Yoshizaki.  Copy CAP.EXE to a subdirectory
on your hard disk, e.g. C:\CAP, make it current, and execute CAP to get
all files expanded to useable form.
