SpHyDir source and executable program are a copyrighted work which is property of Howard Gilbert. Your rights to use and copy this program are covered by this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, simply delete it or do not use it. A copy of these terms must accompany every copy of SPHYDIR.EXE and SPHYDIR.INF. All other files, including XSpO programs in the XSpOLib subdirectory, sample filters and helper programs in the GOSERVE subdirectory, and the GIF image edit exit SPHYGIFV.CMD are "sample programs." They are not restricted in any way and may be used, adapted, edited, and republished at will. SpHyDir reads files in, reorganizes some of their contents, and then writes them back again with modifications. SpHyDir does not claim to process all files correctly. A user should assume that SpHyDir may damage some of the contents and should keep backup copies of all materials on which SpHyDir operates. The author is not responsible for any damages, including loss of data, caused by the execution of this program. Personal SpHyDir may be used without payment of any license fee. Personal SpHyDir inserts at the beginning of every output file several comment lines, and at the end of every document a line whose source reads:

This document generated by SpHyDir another fine product of PC Lube and Tune.

In consideration for using the licensed SpHyDir program, the user agrees to leave this acknowledgement in all output files and not to allow anyone else in the same organization to remove this statement when the files are copied to network servers. Professional SpHyDir is targeted to large organizations or individuals who professional edit material to be posted to the network. Professional SpHyDir is available with payment of a license fee. It removes the restriction to include a visible acknowledgement and includes access to the source and the ability to generate modified or derivitive programs for internal use.
