As you can see, this is version 3.05 of the beta for ircII for os/2.
I broke /dcc send in 3.04. This should fix it.

Basically the main 'fix' has been that of DCC. You should have NO
problems with DCC as long as your set hostname= environment variable
points to the correct place.

Please once again use the NEW startirc.cmd - if you don't, you will
have problems. I will write a config program REAL SOON now.

If you are going to use this right after using the old version, either
reboot, or reissue the sl0/eth0 ifconfig. Otherwise the hostname bit
won't work, and DCC will still be broken till you reboot.
