UTILITIES: "BAT2EXEC -- the batch file compiler."  BAT2EXEC.COM reads your ASCII
batch file and produces a .COM format program that performs the same function as
the original batch file, usually much faster. Also included:  Assembler source
code (.ASM), a documentation file (.DOC), a BASIC version (.BAS).  This is
Version 1.2 and fixes a bug that required you to have your file end with ^Z.
