 For easy reference,  this history is presented in  reverse order  (most recent
 version first).  Most  improvements  to SEE are initiated by requests from SEE
 users.  We charge a nominal fee  for custom work,  but this fee can be reduced
 if the requirement is  largely applicable  to other users.  Our development is
 directly driven by you, the customer.
