R. Frank Utilities is an Autodesk registered developer, and provides
CHGREL, SYLZIP, SYLADS and consulting services.

Chgrel uses proven Marcomp .dwg access technology and provides notices
before removing non-translatable entities.

You can use Chgrel with command line parameters by running CHGRELE.

The full screen interface you are about to load can use a mouse
for navigation.  From the keyboard, use <Esc>, <Tab>, and <Enter>
to navigate as well as <Alt> combinations to access the menus.
