This is a split screen chat utility.  Everything you (the caller)
type will be put in the lower box on the screen, and everything I
type will be in the top box.  We may type at the same time. Enter
CTRL-Z (hold down your CTRL key and press Z at the same time) for
a list of special functions. If you have questions, just ask.
