Here's the update for the Respirator (also known as RESP-Z.XM)

Just load the enclosed .xi-instrument at instrument-pos "0A".
(load up FT2, highlight instrument 0A, go to disk-op, choose load instrument,
load the sample0a.xi!!!)
The difference can be clearly heard at for example Position 7, Ch2 (the 3rd)
That old snaredrum-thud should be replaced by a crash cymbal..
