Monte Carlo DOS install

IF YOU PLAN TO USE THE MONTE CARLO AS YOUR CD-ROM CONTROLLER:
Be sure to install (or re-install) your CD-ROM drivers AFTER running the
DOS install. If you do not, the CD-ROM drivers will not operate correctly.
