The following files go into your UltraSound Directory:
      playfile.exe
      playmidi.exe
      ultramix.exe
      doomfix.exe
      ultramid.exe
      ultrinit.exe

The following files go into your UltraSound\windows directory:
      grvsultr.386
      ultrasnd.drv
      ultmport.drv
      patchmgr.exe
      patchmgr.hlp
      mixer.exe
You can install the new windows drivers by running setup after the above
files are copied into your UltraSound\windows directory

The following file goes into your windows\system directory:
    ultrahlp.hlp

Unzip PATCHES.ZIP and copy all the *.PAT files into your UltraSound\Midi
directory.
