GUS-MAX mixer beta

This is my first release so don't kill me yet. Give me a change. It records
signal from mic in and draws scope of it on screen. Keys which work are also
displayed on screen. Yuo have to use DMA-channel 3 for recording and normal
port addresses. Means that base port is 220h and Codec address is 32ch.
IRQs can be any because program does not use them. You have to enable your
mic in before you run MAX. I haven't tested it with memory managers, but
under windows it certainly doesn't work ( Windows 95 untested ).
It also uses keyboard's interrupt vector, and so CTRL-ALT-DEL and all other
keys do not work. Keyboard handling is done with scancodes, so I am uncertain
if it works other than Finnish keyboards ( I don't know if F4 is F4 etc. ).
Send me mail if you have problem with your keyboard and what type of
keyboard you have and your home country. After SBOS and windows it might
work strange. I don't know why. At this point there is not much more than
scope. Later it will show mixer values and stereo scopes and maybe even
spectrum analyser like Cubic-player. And I might made GUS-pnp,
GUS-regular and GUS daughtercard support.

Things to find out.
-How handle colors in 640x300x16 mode. I am not doing it right.
-What are frequencies with codes 08h and 0Ah. Press 1-key until you see ?
 showing sampling rate. Seems pretty high.
-Sometimes program doesn't draw any scope. It just blinks screen. Start it
 again.
