The file JX30G.EXE is a self-extracting diskette image of a
  BIOS recovery disk for the Micronics JX30G motherboard without
  PS/2 ports.
This image file creates a recovery disk only on a 1.44MB diskette.
To create the recovery disk, type in the filename (JX30G), the program
  will detect which drive, if any is a 1.44MB, and will ask for a blank,
  high-density diskette to be inserted into that drive. It doesn't
  really matter if this disk is blank or whether or not it has been
  formatted - it will be completely overwritten.
The resulting BIOS recovery disk will contain a copy of the original
  BIOS for this motherboard. Please refer to the included file
  JX30-REC.TXT for instructions on using this recovery disk.
Note that the recovery disk is not in a DOS format - if you attempt to
  access the diskette, DOS will return an error message such as
  "General Failure Reading Drive A:".
