The Lotus(R) 1-2-3(R) driver included on this driver disk was developed for the HP DeskJet 510 printer and is recommended for use with your HP DeskJet 520 printer. Remember to select the HP DeskJet 510 as your printer model when selecting a printer driver in Lotus(R) 1-2-3(R). The DeskJet 510 driver included on the "HP DeskJet 520 Printer Drivers for DOS applications" diskette is intended to create output in the WYSIWYG (:Print) publishing environment of 1-2-3 for DOS. This driver is not intended for use in the 1-2-3 native mode (/Print). However, the "HP DeskJet+ and 500" driver (shipped with 1-2-3) will allow monochrome printing from the 1-2-3 native mode. &d1D(s3BInstallation&d@(s0B To properly install the printer driver files for your DeskJet 520 printer, you'll need to run the Lotus INSTALL program from your hard disk, then insert the "HP DeskJet 520 Printer Drivers for DOS applications" diskette in a floppy drive when prompted.
