The driver contained in this directory applies for the following:

                32-Bit 10Mbps PCI Ethernet adapter
                32-Bit 100Mbps PCI fast Ethernet adapter

They are used with Microsoft Windows NT Release 3.5 on the X86 platform.
The drivers named ETHPCI conform to the Network Driver Interface Specification

Installing driver on Microsoft Windows NT 3.5
ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ
   
   1)  Go to the Windows NT's Control Panel by double clicking on the icon.

   2)  Click on the Network icon.

   3)  Click on the "Add Adapter" button.
       
   4)  Select "<other> Requires disk from manufacturer" from the scroll 
       list then press [Enter].

   5)  Insert driver diskette in drive (A: or B:); type in the drive and 
       pathname (e.g., A:\WNT35 or B:\WNT35 ) then click OK.
   
   6)  In the "OEM Option dialog" box, the following will be displayed:  

                32-Bit 10Mbps PCI Ethernet Adapter
                32-Bit 100Mbps PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter


   7)  Enter the "Connection Type" when the PCI Ethernet Adapter Setup dialog
       box appears.  The Setup program does not support auto detection for 
       netcard, you need to make sure the settings match your adapter's 
       configurations, otherwise the system will not function properly. 
       
       The following lists the Connection Type for 32-Bit 10Mbps 
       PCI Ethernet Adapter & 32-Bit 100Mbps PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter:

       Note: AUI(10BASE5) port is not supported in the current version of 
             adapter.

   8)  Driver installation is completed.  The newly installed adapter card 
       type and driver will now become part of the network system softwares.
 	
	       "[0x]32-Bit PCI Ethernet Adapter Driver" 
       or
	       "[0x]32-Bit 100Mbps PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter"  

       will be listed in the Installed Adapter Cards menu and

   9)  At this stage, the SETUP program has already transferred the 
       following files:
       
       filename         source directory      target directory

       ETHPCI.SYS       A: or B:\WNT35        C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS
       OEMSETUP.INF     A: or B:\WNT35        C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM32 

       NOTICE:  C:\WINNT35 is the directory where your NT O.S. is located.

  10)  Finally to complete the network installation process, bind the 
       adapter to transport drivers by choosing "Bindings" button under 
       Network Setting dialog box.

  11)  Reboot your system to allow the changes to take effect.
