NE100TX PCI ADAPTER INSTALLATION PROCEDURE ON Windows NT 4.0
       ===========================================================

  1. Plug the NE100TX PCI adapter into an empty PCI slot and boot up Windows
     NT 4.0.

  2. Double click the "Network" icon in "Control Panel".

  3. Choose the "Adapters" tab in network properties, and then click the
     "add" button.

  4. Click the "Have Disk" button.

  5. Insert the NE100TX diskette into a floppy drive and type the complete path
     to where NE100TX driver is located:

    e.g. :  a:\winnt\nt351

  6. Click "ok."  The screen will show "NDC 10/100 Auto PCI Fast Ethernet
     Adapter."

  7. You will be asked to confirm the connection type.  Choose "AutoSense" and
     then click "ok."

  8. Click "ok" and click "close."

  9. Reboot the computer to allow the settings to take effect.
