To install on a server running MPR 3.1, NIAS 4.0 or Border Manager

+ rename current TCPCFG.NLM, TCPCFG.MSG and TCPCFG.HLP files found in
  SYS:SYSTEM and the NLS directories
+ Manually copy over the TCPCFG.NLM, TCPCFG.MSG and TCPCFG.HLP files from
  the TCPCFG directory to the SYS:SYSTEM and NLS directory
+ Unload and reload INETCFG to get the new TCPIP related options

To install on a server running Netware 4.10/4.11 ONLY (without MPR, NIAS, or BM)

+ rename the current TCPCFG.NLM found in SYS:SYSTEM
+ copy the TCPCFG.41x from the TCPCFG patch directory to the SYS:SYSTEM directory
  and rename it to TCPCFG.NLM
