Release Notes
-----------------
This is the BIOS version 2.XD.29 for the Savage 4 family of graphics
controllers.

BIOS Flash Installation Notes
------------------
The following steps are recommended to properly update the Savage 4
family of products with this updated 395_2129.ROM.

1.  Create a DOS system boot disk.  Ensure that this boot disk has no AUTOEXEC.BAT
     or CONFIG.SYS on it.  To do this, you must have a system with Windows 95/98 or 
     some verison of DOS.  This can be done by running the "FORMAT A: /S"  command.
     NOTE:  This will erase the contents of the floppy disk.
2.  Copy the contents of this BIOS set to the DOS system boot disk.
3.  Boot the system from this disk.
4.  Type "s3flash 395_2129.ROM" where 395_2129.ROM is the name of the ROM file
     or you can simply run the included program:   "A:\FLASH.BAT"
5.  After the flash process has completed, reboot the system.
6.  System BIOS update has been completed.

1.  Resolve issues with PCI SCSI cards
2.  Resolve issues with Advanced Power Management
3.  Addresses reported lockups in certain Via chipset motherboards.
4.  Fixes a problem with switching between full-screen DOS mode and windowed
     DOS modes.
