The following information reflects changes made since the WinFax
LITE User's Guide went to press, and should be reviewed prior to
running WinFax LITE.

Where applicable, these notes refer to sections in the WinFax LITE
User's Guide.


Running WinFax in Windows 3.0
=============================
If you are running WinFax in Windows 3.0, ensure that the directory
in which you installed the WinFax program is part of the search 
path identified in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.


Setting Up to Receive in DOS (TSR) (page 4-5)
=============================================
Do not load the WinFax TSR through a DOS window in Windows.


Limiting WinFax transmission speed to 9,600 bps (page A-2)
==========================================================
This section does not apply to WinFax LITE.

Afterdark
---------
If you are using either Afterdark 1.0 or Afterdark 2.0, you can
turn off the monitoring feature by disabling the system IQ
activity monitor as follows:

1.  Click When in the Afterdark 1.0 dialog, or Setup in the
    Afterdark 2.0 dialog.

2.  Turn off the system IQ activity monitor.
