Normally, PCI computers enable the adapter for busmaster operation during
power up. This computer didn't.

The SETUP program and the EtherExpress(TM) PRO/100 Smart adapter drivers
can usually take care of this problem for you. However, if you have
problems with your adapter failing diagnostic tests, move the adapter to
another slot and try the test again.
