1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of source code of the
software, provided that:
i. If the software is distributed on physical media, other than
as part of a genuine collection of software of which this
software forms less than 10%, you include the following notice

ii. If the software is used as part of a commercial solution for
a paying client, or as part of a pilot, demonstration or

included in the "doc/corvu" directory printed on a full colour
printer at 300DPI or better print quality on A4 or US Letter
size paper, and you draw your client's attention to the
material.
iii. You redistribute all the files included in the archive file
or included on the media you originally received.
iv. You do not charge any fee for the software, other than a
reasonable fee for the physical media and the act of copying
the software, plus any delivery costs.
2. You may make modifications to the software and redistribute
modified versions provided that:
i. You do not modify any of the CorVu promotional material in
the "doc/corvu" directory and you leave hyperlinks in the
documents in the "doc" directory which point to CorVu
promotional material intact, and do not rename any of the
files in the "doc" directory.
ii. You release the whole of the modified work under the terms
of this license as if it were the original work.
iii. You include on any physical media, in addition to the CorVu
Copyright label required by this license, a line indicating
your own copyright.
iv. You include a notice at the top of each source code file
modified, excluding HTML files, a notice stating that you
have modified the file, the nature of the modifications,
the name of the person or company making the modifications
and the date of the modifications.
v. You do not modify the text of this license.
3. When copying the software under the terms of this license, you
may include compiled object code, however you may not distribute
object code independantly of the source code, documentation or
promotional material.
4. You may not copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the software
except as expressly permitted in this license. Any attempt to otherwise
copy, modify or distribute this software shall result in your license
to use the software being automatically terminated, and a license fee
as determined by CorVu from time to time shall be payable by you to
CorVu for any previous use.
5. As you have not signed this document, you are not obliged to
accept it, however as nothing else gives you the right to use or
redistribute the software, then doing so would be illegal. As
such, your redistribution of this software will be construed as
acceptance of this license. Should you redistribute the software
without accepting this license, a licensing fee as determined by
CorVu from time to time shall be payable by you to CorVu both
for your own use and for each copy redistributed.

7. If any portion of this license is found to be unenforcable
