@2Information: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ @4 Early in 1994 I came across an ASCII reader source code file and decided to update it with a host of new features. Then I came across a program named MAGNUM which was a wicked utility ! (Very bugged, but wicked !) I contacted the author of Magnum, neamely Wai Hung Lui, and asked him if there was to be any Bug Free versions released. The answer .... NO ! @1:( @4 However, Wai decided to release the source code via F1 LICENCEWARE along with an updated version of Magnum. So I bought the source code from there and had a look at it ! Hmmm. Where were the nasty bugs ? Aha found em ! To cut a very long story short, I eventually managed to get the whole thing up and running and released it as a new Disk Mag Creator by the name of DMC back in early 1994. The Shareware release sold pretty well and I got a load of feedback from registered users and took all their comments and suggestions on board. @4 A couple of months later, three new DELUXE versions of DMC were released along with an Article Tester Utility. Wow, how the punters loved them ! Then I started releasing special coded versions to various PD Libraries for use with their catalogues. Over the last year I have even been involved with a few disk mags. This lead me to update the code even more and a whole host of new special features were added to the code. Now almost a total re-write from the original Magnum Code ! (I kid you not - if you don't believe me, send me £10 and I'll sell you the F1 Licenceware '95 Source Code) Above all, every suggestion from Registered users of DMC, DMC Deluxe and DMC F1 '95 were taken on board and coded into this release. @7 The result .... THE ULTIMATE DMC .... F1 GOLD Version - The Final ? @1 End.
