<>@2{HELP WITH CREATING ARTICLES @3 }by Andy Gibson @5 DMC now allows Split-Screen text articles as well as normal text arts. The very first thing that you need to type is #1<#1> @5as this will allow the code to set it's default text reader to use the new Split-Screen option. If you want a heading at the top of the page, you must type #1{ @5followed by your heading. (This will be auto- centred for you). You may also like to add a title for the name of the author (you) !!! To do this you simply type #1} @5before the text. (This will be auto-centred) Now you need to type up all your text. Please note that no more than #138 @5chars should be typed per line !!! That does not include the colour codes, which we shall come to in a minute or two. The best thing to do is load this file into your favourite text editor and have a look at it there. You should be able to follow the format as it's pretty straight forward. OK let's take a rundown of how you can create the coloured text for your own articles. 15 colours can be used and these are: @1White @2Red @3Yellow @4Green @5Cyan @6Blue @5and of course @7Purple@5. @5There is also another 8 colours available which all #5flash@5! #1White #2Red #3Yellow #4Green #5Cyan #6Blue #7Purple @5and colour 8 #8MultiCycle@5. These could be mainly used to show up some important text ! @1ie. #4 ##### ###### ##### ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ##### ## ## ##### @5 To add any of the above colours to your text, just put the #1@ @5character followed by a number from #11 @5to #17@5. @1 eg. @1@@11 @1Would give White text. @1@@14 @4Would give Green text. @5 To add any of the above flashing cols to your text, just put the #1# @5 character followed by a number from #11 @5 to #18@5. @1 eg. #1##11 #1Would Give White Text #1##14 #4Would give Green Text @5 As mentioned before, only type a maximum of @338 @5chars per line. Then you can add in all your colour codes later (Only up to @379 @5chars on each line). @1 eg. THIS LINE HAS USED UP THE 38 CHARS !!! @1THIS @2LINE @3HAS @4USED @5UP @6THE @138 @2CHARS @3!@4!@5! (Even although the above line is only 38 chars long, it has used up 61 chars due to the colour codes being added !) That should be easy enough to follow when this file is viewed via your text editor. Up to @324 @5lines of text can be shown on each screen. Use the new @1DMC ARTICLE TESTER @5to see how your articles look before you use them in your final production. @1 End.
