<>@2{DMC TO BECOME AGA COMPATIBLE ? @3 }Bya Andy Gibson @4 [2 [6 I have just been informed that an AGA Extension for Amos is now available from Amiganuts. "So what?" I hear you say. Well this is good news for all Amos users (myself included) as it means we can now have Amos AGA screen modes for all our titles. So where does DMC fit into this ? I'm sure you can all guess what I'm about to tell you. Yes, DMC will eventually be updated (yet again) !!! But with the major advantage of being AGA compatible. I have had many requests to add AGA support for DMC and until now it wasn't an option available to myself. I have yet to try the new extension and the enhancements it will bring. [4Hopefully the AGA Extension will allow myself to update DMC to be fully compatible with all AGA screen modes and in turn more colours could be used on the Panel and also the ClipArt etc. Good news. Of course the only drawback will be that all those people that do not own an Amiga with the AGA chipset, won't be able to fully use any of the new AGA features! @1:( @4So you will have to think carefully if you want your productions to be spread amongst every Amiga user or just those with AGA machines. @5 As far as a release date goes and who will be distributing this new AGA DMC is still not decided. No doubt Steve at F1 Licenceware will be taking over the distribution as he handles all my Amiga productions now.
