Each example was completely written using MUIBuilder !!!

I just added a main procedure and the same IDCMP loop to every
GUI i builded ...

Consequently, these examples can be builded using MUIBuilder ONLY !!!!
(see the .MUIB files, and test them from MUIBuilder)
