CHANGES FROM V3.0C TO V3.1:

o GUI:
  - new logo
  - separate 68020 version available
  - new gadget in listview "Always", to suppress popping up
    the listview everytime you start ripmode "SINGLE" or "CUST1"..."CUST4"
  - new tooltypes added:

    - FONT=Siesta,11        ... no comment
    - MODE=CUST1|always     ... makes the GUI set ripmode to cust1 
                                (default) "FastScan" and suppresses the
                                listview format selector
