QUEEN ANNE
(1665-1714)

Queen of Great Britain. The 2nd daughter of James II and Anne Hyde and in
1683 she married George of Denmark. She had 17 children of whom only one
survived infancy. She succeeded William of Orange to the throne in 1702.
