Mouse Odometer                                         version 2.0

Mouse Odometer is a shareware utility that measures your mouse's
mileage as it moves around in Windows.
   
Features
--------

   o  Maintains total and daily mileages
   o  Option to show mileage when iconized
   o  User selectable units of measurement
   o  Automatic reset of daily mileage at midnight
   o  Automatic save of mileage every 5 minutes.

Installation
------------

   If you are upgrading from v1.1 or earlier versions. Please
   delete modm.ini in your windows directory before installing this
   new version.
   
   1) Unpack MODM20.ZIP
   2) Copy CTL3D.DLL to your windows/system directory
	   *** Important notes: ***
	   (a) If you already have CTL3D.DLL, you should check the date
		    of both files, and use the latest one.
		(b) THREED.VBX, from Mouse odometer v1.33 or older, is no
		    longer required. You can delete this file if you are
		    ABSOLUTELY certain that it is not used by other Windows
		    programs.
   3) Copy MODM.EXE and MODMDLL.DLL to a directory of your choice
   4) Create an icon in program manager's Startup group so that
      Mouse Odometer will run everytime you start Windows.

About your evaluation copy
--------------------------

   You are given a free trial period to evaluate this software. This
   trial period expires when your mouse's mileage reaches 1 mile (or
   1 Km). At that time, the odometer will reset to zero, and you
   should either register or discontinue using this software. The
   registration fee is US$5.00. Please send check or money order to:
