This program is Shareware.  If you like it and decide to keep it, please send

Stellar Explorer was developed using internal Windows development libraries
containing special effects and other pre-built tools.  This set of libraries
will continue to be built and enhanced.  If you are interested in these for
your development projects, please contact us.

Stellar Explorer was designed with the sound effects being an
enhancement to the game.  The game uses both digitized .WAV sounds
and MIDI sound output (through the MIDI Mapper).  If your system is
equipped with these features, make certain the sound is turned on
through the menu or Options dialog in the game.
