Readme file for Warcom 5.2

 Let me start out by thanking all the people who worked on this before
 I got ahold of it, Great Job!

 Warcom is designed as a front end for IRC. Since most of the the functions
 are set up as separate modules, it should be easy for you to add or remove
 them as you will. For those using v5.1 of Warcom or before, the following
 things have been added/removed in v5.2 :

 removed:
         annoying actions file (you want em, make your own)
         annoying leavem file ( you wanna look stupid, put it back in )
         annoying display at 5 to the hour ( it bothered me..)
         aliases that only worked for previous authors
         preset ban aliases, etc.. set by previous authors

 added:
       Tsunami Protection Module      ( /?tsupro for help )
       Random Nick Module             ( /?rnick for help )
       Number Unban Module            ( /?nabn for help )
       MassDcc Module                 ( /?massdcc for help )
       Morse Code Module              ( /?morse for help )
       Notify Module                  ( /?notify for help )
       Docow alias from Toolz         ( listed under /?d )



        For those new to Warcom the following are some basic instructions:

        Help:
             To get general help type /? (enter)
             This will show you a breakdown of all help areas available.

             For more indepth help type /?<function> (enter)
             This will show you the full help screen for <function>

             EX: /?a (enter) shows all commands starting with A
             EX: /?massdcc (enter) shows full help for massdcc

             All of the functions you may request help on are listed
             in the general help screen.

        If you have anything you think would be a worthy addition to
        Warcom,I am occasionally on IRC as Starman. Send me a /msg and
        I'll see what I can do...
