Flash!Cards 1.0 is a Windows application designed to aid in vocabulary
memorization.  It is designed to emulate the infamous flash cards that
clutter the desks of students everywhere.  For foreign language learners,
it features the ability to input foreign characters and even has a 
feature to test your spelling ability.

Flash!Cards 1.0 is written in Microsoft Visual Basic 1.0 and therefore
requires the VBRUN100.DLL, which can be obtained off of most bulletin
boards.  To install and run, simply place these files in a directory and
use the Windows Program Manager to add the FLASH.EXE file to a group. 

The files distributed are as follows:

        FLASH.EXE    - the main program
        FLASHCRD.INI - file that hold the topic information
        *.FLC        - sample flash cards
